Someone is parked on my space

If someone is parked in your reserved parking space, follow these steps to report the issue and find an alternative parking space.


1. Go to the Home screen

  • On the web and mobile app, go to the Home screen.
  • Locate your parking booking for today.

2. Click on 'Space taken?'

  • Tap on your booking, then click on the Space taken? button.
  • A popup window will appear where you can report the issue.

3. Enter the number plate of the vehicle parked in your space

  • In the popup, enter the Number plate of the vehicle currently parked in your space. Do not include any spaces or hyphens. 
  • Make sure the registration number is accurate, as this information is used to notify the vehicle owner.
  • Click Next

4. Accept the alternative parking space

  • After reporting, Ronspot will check for any available alternate parking spaces.
  • If an alternate space is available, it will be shown on the next page. Click Yes, take this space to take the new parking space.
  • If there are no alternate spaces available, you will need to find another parking space or wait for the vehicle to move. Ronspot will anonymously notify the owner of the vehicle parked in your space and request that they move their vehicle.
