How to Cancel a Booking

If you need to cancel a booking in Ronspot, you can do so from three different areas within the app: the Home Screen, the Calendar, or the Map.

1. Cancelling from the Home Screen

  1. Find the Booking:

    • Open the Ronspot app and navigate to the Home Screen.
    • In the list of bookings, locate the booking you want to cancel.

  2. Click "Release":

    • Once you've identified the correct booking, click the Release button associated with it.

  3. Confirm Cancellation:

    • A confirmation popup will appear. Click Confirm to proceed with the cancellation.
    • The booking will instantly disappear from your list, indicating that it has been successfully canceled.

 

2. Cancelling from the Calendar

  1. Select the Day with the Booking:

    • Open the Calendar view in the Ronspot app.
    • Click on the day that contains the booking you want to cancel.

  2. Click "Cancel Booking":

    • In the popup that appears, click the Cancel booking button.

  3. Confirm Cancellation:

    • On the next page, you will be prompted to confirm the cancellation.
    • After confirming, the booking will be removed from the Calendar.

 

3. Cancelling from the Map

  1. Tap on Your Reserved Spot:

    • Open the Map view in the Ronspot app.
    • Locate and tap on your reserved spot, which is represented in blue on the map.

  2. Click "Cancel Booking":

    • A popup will open. Click the Cancel booking button.

  3. Confirm Cancellation:

    • On the next page, confirm the cancellation.
    • Once confirmed, the spot will change from blue to green on the map, indicating that it is no longer reserved.
