How to cancel a booking

If you need to cancel a booking in Ronspot, you can do so from three different areas within the app: the Home Screen, the Calendar, or the Map. The cancellation process is similar across all screens.

Cancel

  1. Find your booking:

    • Go to the Home, Calendar or Map tab
    • And tap on the booking you wish to cancel.

  2. Click "Cancel booking":

    • Click the Cancel booking button associated with it.
  3. Confirm the cancellation:
    • A confirmation popup will appear. Click Confirm to proceed with the cancellation.
    • The booking will instantly disappear, indicating that it has been successfully canceled.
