How to cancel a booking

If you need to cancel a booking in Ronspot, you can do so from three different areas within the app: the Home Screen, the Calendar, or the Map. The cancellation process is similar across all screens.

To cancel a booking in Ronspot, navigate to the Home, Calendar, or Map tab, select the booking you want to cancel, and click Cancel booking, then confirm. The booking will be removed immediately.

1. Cancel a booking from the Home page

The Home page is the easiest place to cancel a booking, as it displays all of your upcoming reservations in one convenient location, regardless of the zone they belong to. Bookings are organised chronologically, making it quick and easy to find the reservation you want to cancel.

1.1. Go to the Home screen

  • On the web and mobile app, go to the Home tab

1.2. Tap on the booking

  1. Locate and click on the booking you wish to cancel
  2. On the web app, a pop-up will open. On the mobile app, the card will expand.
  3. Click on the Cancel booking button

1.3. Confirm the cancellation

  1. A confirmation popup will appear. Click Confirm to proceed with the cancellation.

  2. The booking will instantly disappear, confirming that it has been successfully cancelled.

 

2. Cancel a booking from the Calendar

The Calendar provides a visual overview of your bookings by zone, with a cell representing each day of the month. This makes it easy to locate a booking for a specific date.

2.1. Go to the Calendar

  • On the web and mobile app, go to the Calendar tab

2.2. Tap on the booking

  1. Locate and click on the booking you wish to cancel
  2. A pop-up will open. Click on the Cancel booking button

2.3. Confirm the cancellation

  1. Click Confirm to proceed with the cancellation.

  2. The booking will instantly disappear, confirming that it has been successfully cancelled.

 

3. Cancel a booking from the Map

The Map provides a visual representation of your parking and office zones, making it the best way to locate a specific space based on its physical location.

3.1. Go to the Map

  • On the web and mobile app, go to the Map tab

3.2. Tap on the booking

  1. Locate and click on your reserved space highlighted in blue
  2. A pop-up will open. Click on the Cancel booking button

3.3. Confirm the cancellation

  1. Click Confirm to proceed with the cancellation.

  2. The booking will instantly disappear, indicating that it has been successfully canceled.

 

By following these steps, you can easily cancel a booking in Ronspot, whether you're viewing your reservations from the Home screen, the Calendar, or the Map.

Note: Cancellations may be subject to your organisation's booking policy. If a cancellation deadline applies, you will be notified in the app before confirming.
