How to connect Workday to Ronspot
This guide provides clear, step-by-step instructions for configuring the Workday integration in Ronspot to automatically sync your employees.
Workday is a cloud-based HR system that stores your organisation’s employee data. By integrating Workday with Ronspot, you can automate the process of adding and removing users—eliminating the need for manual updates.
Prerequisites
Before starting the setup, ensure you have the following:

An active Workday account

Workday Tenant ID

Workday Client ID*

Workday Client Secret*
* These credentials are obtained by registering an API Client in Workday. If you are unsure how to do this, refer to Workday documentation or contact your IT team.
Step 1: Log in to Ronspot admin panel
- Sign in to your Ronspot admin panel using your administrator credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Account > Integrations
- From the left-hand menu, go to
Account > Integrations
Step 3: Add a new integration
- Click
Add integrationbutton at the top of the page. - In the pop-up window, choose
Workdayas the integration type.
Step 4: Configure the Workday integration

You will be prompted to enter the following details:

Name: Provide a descriptive name for the integration (e.g., Workday – Ronspot Integration)

Tenant ID: Your Workday tenant identifier

Client ID: The Client ID from your Workday API Client

Secret Key: The Client Secret associated with your Workday API Client

Status: Set this to Active

- After completing all fields, click
Save
