XPOTS is a Dutch car park management provider that helps organisations monitor and control access to their parking facilities, ensuring only authorised vehicles can enter. When paired with Ronspot, XPOTS strengthens car park security and compliance by managing physical access based on users’ bookings.
Prerequisites

Before integrating Ronspot with XPOTS, you must have an active XPOTS account.

Please contact your XPOTS Customer Success Manager to obtain your Location ID and Access Token (required for Step 4).
Step 1: Log in to Ronspot admin panel
- Log in to your Ronspot admin panel.
Step 2: Navigate to Account > Integrations
- Go to
Account > Integrations
Step 3: Add a new integration
- Click on the
Add integrationbutton at the top of the screen. - In the pop-up window, select
XPOTS.
Step 4: Configure the XSPOT integration

On the configuration screen, enter the following details:

Integration name (e.g., “XPOTS Integration”)

Location ID (provided by your XPOTS Customer Success Manager)

Access token (provided by your XPOTS Customer Success Manager)

Step 5: Associate your Ronspot zones
Next, create associations between your XPOTS account and the specific Ronspot zones you want to link. Not all zones may require XPOTS integration, so this step allows you to choose which ones to connect.- In the list of integrations, locate the new XPOTS integration.
- Click on the camera icon in the
Actionscolumn to manage zone associations.
Step 6: Add an association
- Click the
Add associationbutton at the top of the page. - Configure a new association:
- Select your Ronspot zone
- Select the corresponding XPOTS group
- Click
Completeto save the association. -
Repeat this process for additional associations if needed.
