1. Using the Ronspot web app

The Ronspot web app provides users with full access to workspace booking directly from any web browser. Ideal for those who prefer working from a desktop or laptop.

To access the web app, simply visit app.ronspotflexwork.com and log in with your work email address and password.

2. Downloading the Ronspot app on iOS

If you are using an iPhone or iPad, follow these steps to download the Ronspot app:

  1. Open the App Store: Tap the App Store icon on your home screen to launch the App Store.

  2. Search for 'Ronspot': Tap on the search bar at the bottom of the screen, type Ronspot, and tap the search button.

  3. Locate the app: In the search results, look for the Ronspot app, it should have the Ronspot logo.

  4. Download the app: Tap the Get button next to the app name. You may need to confirm your download by entering your Apple ID password or using Face ID/Touch ID.

  5. Install the app: Once the download is complete, the app will automatically install on your device. You can open it directly from the App Store by tapping Open, or find it on your home screen.

To add Ronspot to Microsoft Teams:

  1. Go to 'Apps'

  2. Search for Ronspot

  3. Click Add

  4. Once installed, right-click on the Ronspot icon in the left sidebar and select Pin to keep the Ronspot shortcut easily accessible

You can now access Ronspot’s features directly from the Teams interface, making it easier to manage your bookings without leaving your workspace.
