How to Restrict Users to One Booking Per Day

This feature allows you to group zones and ensures that employees are limited to one booking per day within those zones.

Step 1: Access Company Settings

  • Log in to the Ronspot admin panel.
  • Go to Advanced Settings.
  • In the submenu, select Company Settings.

Step 2: Select Zone Groups

  • At the top of the screen, click on the Zone Groups tab.

Step 3: Add a New Group

  • Click on Add Group.

Step 4: Configure the Zone Group

  • In Group Name, enter a name for the group.
  • In Zone Group Type, choose whether you want to group Parking or Desks zones.
  • Once selected, choose the zones you want to include under Select Zones to Group. Hold the Ctrl key to select multiple zones.
  • Tick the box for Restrict employee to single booking per day to limit users to one booking per day within the grouped zones.
  • Click Save to apply the changes.
