How to restrict users to one booking per day

This feature allows you to group zones and ensures that employees are limited to one booking per day within those zones.

Step 1: Access company settings

Step 2: Open the multi-zone settings

  • At the top of the screen, click on the Multi-zone settings tab.

Step 3: Group zones

  • Click on the Add group button.

Step 4: Configure the grouped zones

  • In Group name, enter a recognisable name for your group.
  • In Zone type, choose whether you want to group Parking or Desks zones.
  • Once selected, choose the zones you want to include under Select zones to group. 
  • Enable the toggle for Limit employees to one booking per day to limit users to one booking per day within the grouped zones.
  • Click Confirm to apply the changes.
