How to view availability

Viewing availability is essential to efficiently plan your workdays. This guide will explain how to view availability in Ronspot using the calendar and map views.

1. Viewing availability from the calendar

The calendar view is a straightforward way to check availability across different zones and dates.

Calendar

1. Go to the calendar

  • Navigate to the Calendar using the navigation pane.

2. Select a zone

  • At the top of the calendar, there is a dropdown menu to select the desired zone. Choose the zone where you want to view availability.

3. Understanding the icons

  • Green circle: At least one space is available
  • No green circle: Day is fully booked, no spaces left
  • Grey background: Not bookable (e.g., weekend or outside booking window)
  • Orange ribbon: Shows how many bookings you have that day

2. Viewing availability from the map

The map view provides a visual representation of the availability of spaces, allowing you to see the exact location of available spots.

Map

1. Go to the map

  • Navigate to the Map using the navigation pane.

2. Understanding the colour codes

The map uses color codes to indicate availability:
