1. Viewing Availability from the Calendar
The calendar view is a straightforward way to check availability across different zones and dates.
1. Go to the Calendar
- Navigate to the Calendar section using the navigation pane.
2. Select a Zone
- At the top of the calendar, there is a dropdown menu to select the desired zone. Choose the zone where you want to view availability.
3. Understand the Icons
Indicates available spaces.
Indicates no availability.
Represents a booking.
Calculate week availability.
4. Apply Filters (Optional)
- Click on the funnel icon to set your search filters. to narrow your search by time, resource type, or specific tags (e.g., near a window, with charging ports, etc.).
- These filters help you quickly find available spots that meet your needs.
2. Viewing Availability from the Map
The map view provides a visual representation of the availability of spaces, allowing you to see the exact location of available spots.
1. Go to the Map
- From the calendar, click on an available day and select
Go to map.
2. Understand the Colour Codes
The map uses color codes to indicate availability:- Green: Available
- Red: Occupied
- Blue: Your booking
- Grey: Unavailable (inactive or restricted)
3. Use Filters to Narrow Down Your Search (Optional)
- Similar to the calendar view, you can click on the funnel icon and use filters to narrow down your options. This includes filtering by time, resource type, or specific tags.
- Adjust these filters to focus on the exact area or type of spot you're interested in.
