Someone Is Parked on My Spot

If someone is parked in your reserved parking spot, follow these steps to report the issue and find an alternative parking space.

1. Locate Your Parking Booking

  • Open the Ronspot app and go to the home screen.
  • Locate your parking booking for today. This should be listed prominently on the main screen.

2. Report a Violation

  • Next to your booking, click on the Report button.
  • A popup window will appear where you can report the issue.

3. Enter the Vehicle Details

  • In the popup, enter the Car Registration Number of the vehicle currently parked in your spot.
  • Make sure the registration number is accurate, as this information is used to notify the vehicle owner.
  • Click Send

4. Receive an Alternate Parking Space

  • After reporting, Ronspot will check for any available alternate parking spaces.
  • If an alternate space is available, it will be shown on the next page. Verify that the new space is indeed available, tick the confirmation box, and click Submit to take the new spot.

What If No Alternate Space Is Available?

  • If there are no alternate spaces available, you will need to find another parking space or wait for the vehicle to move.
  • Ronspot will anonymously notify the owner of the vehicle parked in your spot and request that they move their vehicle.
