How to allow users to manage guest and colleagues' bookings
By following these steps, you can empower specific users within Ronspot to manage bookings for colleagues or guests (visitor management), enhancing flexibility and efficiency in managing parking and workspace resources.
Step 1: Access the 'Team permissions'
- Log in to the Ronspot admin panel.
- Navigate to
Users > Team Permissions
.
Step 2: Create a new team
- Click on the
Add team
button - On the next page, name your team in the provided field.
- Click
Add
to create the team.
Step 3: Edit the team
- After creating the team, you will be redirected back to the Teams list.
- Locate your newly created team and click the
Edit
button.
Step 4: Set employee permissions
Manage permissions by ticking the appropriate checkboxes:- Team members: This checkbox indicates that the user is part of the team.
- Edit team bookings: By ticking this box, the user can manage bookings on behalf of the selected members of the team.
- Invite guests (visitor management): Tick this checkbox to allow the user to reserve a space on behalf of a visitor or guest.
