How to Allow Users to Manage Visitor and Colleagues' Bookings

By following these steps, you can empower specific users within Ronspot to manage bookings for colleagues or guests, enhancing flexibility and efficiency in managing parking and workspace resources.


Step 1: Access 'Team Permissions'

  1. Log in to the Ronspot admin panel.
  2. In the sidebar menu on the left, click on Advanced Settings.
  3. Under Advanced Settings, select Team Permissions.

Step 2: Create a New Team

  1. Click on the Add New Team button in the top right corner.
  2. On the next page, name your team in the provided field.
  3. Click Add to create the team.

Step 3: Edit the Team

  1. After creating the team, you will be redirected back to the Teams list.
  2. Locate your newly created team and click the Edit button.

Step 4: Set Employee Permissions

Manage permissions by ticking the appropriate checkboxes:
  • Member: This checkbox indicates that the user is part of the team.
  • Edit Team Bookings: By ticking this box, the user can manage bookings on behalf of the selected members of the team.
  • Invite Guests (Visitor Management): Tick this checkbox to allow the user to reserve a spot on behalf of a visitor or guest.
